We provide comprehensive assistance covering all aspects of letting procedures including advice on current legislation and regulations. With a tenant secured, all legalities covered we leave you to manage your tenant, property investment.

Full Management Service

Have a property, would like a return, but need someone to manage all aspects of letting etc...

This is ideally suited to clients who want to sit back and recieve a cheque at the end of the month.

Tughan and Cochrane, manage the property on a day to day basis being the first point of contact for your tenants, ensuring the tenancy runs smoothly and efficiently. We find the tenant, cover the legalities of letting, manage the property, collect the rent and ensure your investment remains at its optimum level.
